“Almost Maine,” a show with 18 characters is unlike any other production. Director Mrs. Fox is looking forward to this “dramatic and serious romantic comedy.”

This weekend is the time! All are invited to the Hill to watch “Almost Maine”, a CaTheatre production. Productions will begin on Nov 17 at 7 p.m.m, followed by 7 p.m. on Saturday, and finally 2 p.m. on Sunday.

This production is unlike any previous, as it allows for each pair of characters to have their own time in the play. The cast list follows.

Senior Dane Rogers plays Pete in the production. He said “This play has been an amazing process that is perfectly executed under the direction of Mrs.Fox. She curates such an amazing environment that allows the actors and actresses to portray their roles flawlessly. I’m so thankful to be a part of this production, a MUST SEE!!!!”

Fox wrote in an email to students, “The Theatre department invites you to come see Almost, Maine. The play runs this Friday through Sunday. All Cathedral students have FREE entry to the play, just make sure to bring your lanyard. The show is approximately 90 minutes with a 15 minute intermission. We hope to see you there!”

Junior Lucy Lindner plays Hope. She said, “Getting ready for this character was very different from other characters I’ve played because I only had 3 scheduled practices. The rest was up to me and my scene partner. It’s been an amazing journey preparing for this role and I have loved every second of it!”

Students can attend this production for free by bringing their lanyard with them. Join CaTheatre this weekend to see this exciting film!
