Ms. Adrianne Wagner returns for her second season as head coach of the girls’ lacrosse team this spring.

After a successful first season placing second in the State tournament and finishing 16-2, Wagner and her team look to continue that record this year.

Seniors Taylor Trieloff, Reilly Trieloff and junior Kate Burnside will serve as team captains. Seniors Abbi Sherfick, Annie Morris, Emily Flanagan, Emily Swanton and Mallory Johnson are among the key returning players this year, according to Assistant Coach Mr. Howard Fogel.

After winning a State championship in 2015 and losing in double overtime in the State championship last year, “(the team) is hoping to return to the State championship game for the third season in a row and win another championship,” said Fogel.

“Over the next three months, we need to take advantage of every drill, every practice and every game to get better. If we do that, the rest will take care of itself,” Fogel said.
