The annual physical night in the Welch Activity Center will take place April 21. The athletic physical costs $25 and can be paid by cash, check (made to Cathedral), or online at gocathedral.com/athletics/physical-night.

Athletic physicals are required for all competitors in IHSAA sports and are necessary for any student participating in Cathedral High School athletics, including next year’s freshmen. This physical focuses on injury prevention through pre-season examination.

Parents and students must complete and electronically sign all forms in Final Forms prior to taking the physical, as well as print out the official IHSAA PPE physical form from their respective Final Forms account and bring the form for the physician to fill out.
