Men’s basketball team falls to Attucks
Irish season ends in first round of Sectional
Playing in the state’s most competitive Class 4A Sectional, the men’s basketball team bowed out of tournament play on March 4, failing to Crispus Attucks 71-68.
The Irish wrapped up the season with 18 wins and six losses, with victories during the season over quality teams such as Bishop Chatard, Roncalli, Carmel and Ben Davis. The team played four games during the season that went into overtime.
Head Coach Mr. Jason Delaney did not reply to an email request for comment about the Sectional game or the varsity season.
