For the Dec. 8 winter formal, freshman candidates for ice prince and ice princess have been announced. They are Qujuan Cannon, Andrew Dittoe, Ben Gomez, Michael Irk and Jeffrey Utzinger and Isabel A’Hearn, Kathrine Bremer, Kennedy Fahle, Lauren Gallagher and Kierra Warrix.

The event begins at 7 p.m. and ends at 10 p.m. A movie will be shown in the cafeteria, with the dance taking place in the auxiliary gym. Part of the winter formal tradition includes seniors wearing their ugliest Christmas sweaters.

Sources have also indicated that there is a possibility that Santa will make an appearance, so be on your best behavior.
