Several teams open or continue tournament action the week of May 22.

Softball: The team plays Lawrence North on May 22 in the Sectional opener at 5:30 p.m. at Mount Vernon. Results: The softball team lost to LN 5-4.

Women’s tennis: Coach Mark Noe’s second-ranked team takes on Mount Vernon on May 23 in the Regional opener at North Central at 4:30.

Women’s track and field: Qualifiers from last week’s Sectional participate in the Regional at 6 p.m. on May 23 at Ben Davis.

Baseball: Coach Ed Freije’s undefeated second-ranked team plays in the Sectional opener against Mount Vernon at 5:45 on May 24 at Warren Central.

Men’s lacrosse: The team opens tournament play May 24 against Crown Point at 7:30 p.m., with the game played on campus on the football practice field.

Men’s track and field: The Regional is scheduled for May 25 at North Central at 6 p.m.
