Holy Cross Adjusted Schedule for October 14
Everyone will be meeting in the WAC to participate in the Living Rosary.
A beautiful blue rosary, the inspiration for today’s schedule and school wide prayer activity.
Friday Oct 14 will be an adjusted schedule, as there will be the Living Rosary. The schedule is an adjusted four day schedule, with forty minute periods and a seventy minute activity period.
The day will begin with Alpha and afterwards C period which will include the activity period. The Rosary will occur from 10:10 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. Religion teacher Mr. Matt Cannaday emphasizes the importance of school wide activities such as the Rosary. He said, “It will allow us to grow closer to Christ through his mother and allow us to get caught up in the prayer of the Rosary.”
All students and staff will meet in the Welch Activity Center for this. Personally, Mr. Cannaday enjoys the Rosary because “it allows (him) to get lost in the mystery of Jesus”.
