After the school’s first successful two-week J-Term, the first day of the second semester will be Tuesday, Jan. 18. Students will follow the usual Day 1 schedule.

In the past, the first day back on campus in January involved students attending all their first semester classes for 30 minutes, followed by early dismissal and professional development for educators. However, with J-Term meeting for the first two weeks after Christmas break, that will not be the case for the spring semester.

The Day 1 schedule for Tuesday, Jan. 18:

Alpha: 8:45 to 10 a.m.

Period A: 10:05 to 11:10 a.m.

Period B/lunch: 11:15 a.m. to 12:55 p.m.

Period C: 1 to 2:05 p.m.

Period D: 2:10 to 3:15 p.m. 

All school offices will be closed on Monday, Jan. 17 for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. federal holiday.
