Irish flag will be the theme on campus on Oct. 15
Students will show their spirit for the varsity football team
In an email from Mr. Mr. Ed Freije ‘99, the dean of students announced that students are encouraged to come to school on Oct. 15 dressed in the colors of the flag of Ireland.
Freshmen should wear orange, sophomores and juniors should wear white, and seniors are asked to wear green. The Irish flag is also the theme for Friday’s highly anticipated football game versus Class 6A Number-1 ranked Center Grove. Freije noted some requirements for dress during the school day, saying that shorts, crop tops, face paint and colored hair should not be worn during the day and should be saved for the game.
All students are encouraged to get to Arlington around 5 p.m. for the tailgate before the game, which will be attended by Anthony Calhoun and will have significant implications in the race for the Zone 8 Banner.
