Seniors win the stick
Pep rally wraps up Homecoming week
Former Vice Principal Mr. Jere Kubuske returned to campus to help announce the annual winner of the Homecoming spirit stick. He gathered the four class presidents on the basketball court just before the seniors were announced as the spirit stick winners.
At the Homecoming pep rally on Sept. 27 in the Welch Activity Center, seniors were named the annual spirit stick winners. The class champion is determined by points earned during the week on items such as raffle ticket sales, dress-up day participation and Homecoming dance attendance. Members of the Class of 2020 rushed the gym floor after the announcement was made.
