Hall decorating is a traditional part of the school’s annual Homecoming celebration.

Students are prepping in anticipation for Homecoming week, which starts on Sept. 23 and wraps up on Sept. 27 when the varsity football team takes on Jeffersonville.  A display of their respective themes is the best way to show their grade’s school spirit.

The freshman theme is “Finding Freshmen.” Class officer Liam Eifert says that all the freshmen faces will be displayed between the science and social studies halls.

Sophomores are “Supermores.” A Holy Cross logo with a Superman crest stands out on their shirt. Class officer Carson Hruskocki said he thinks that they may do something with Iron Man (no spoilers, just like the movie).

The “Jurassic Juniors” will decorate their hall with a mixture of dinosaur and jungle theme. Expect banners, inflatable dinosaurs and fake vines.

The Class of 2020 is once again doing a space theme, but loosely. The “Space Jam Seniors” will use basketball and cartoons to supplement their hallway.
