As fall vacation approaches and students take a break from school, the counseling office and the rest of the school’s staff need time off, too. If the students are not here, the counselors are able to take time off from their schedules, so counselors will not be on campus Oct. 19 or Oct. 20.

However, because some students didn’t sell all of their raffle tickets, they are required to come to school on Oct. 19. Due to this, the front office will be open during normal office hours that day. However, the front office will not be open Oct. 20 since it will officially be fall break.

In addition, the athletic office will be closed Oct. 20, but it will be open on Oct. 19 during its normal office hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

During these two days, contractors will be on campus working on exterior and roof repairs for Loretto Hall, as well as fire protection equipment repairs throughout Kelly Hall.

In an email he sent to the faculty and staff, director of maintenance Mr. Kurt Johnson wrote, “I ask that if at all possible not to use the spaces in front of (Loretto) right off the main walk going to the front doors to the football locker room ramp, as we will need these spaces for heavy equipment that will be here.”
