Senior Lillian Moffatt, one of the two student directors, stages a tree stump during the Sept. 21 rehearsal.

Tickets for the upcoming children’s play, “After the Rain King,” are now available for purchase online. Directed by seniors Lillian Moffatt and Olivia Pletcher, the performances of this play will take place Oct. 1 at 1 and 4 p.m. in the auditorium.

In an email, Director of Theatre Arts Ms. Jennifer Alexander described “After the Rain King” as “a funny, chilling and imaginative play with an exciting climax.” The show is appropriate for all ages, and will last about an hour and 45 minutes, with an intermission.

Admission to the show is free for Cathedral students, but they will need to bring their student ID to the door one hour prior to the performance to ensure they will get a seat.
