Students should place their donated books in the box located in front of the library desk.

Through the end of the semester on Dec. 17, a drive to collect children’s books will take place on the Hill.

Library director Mrs. Jennifer Herron said, “(The book drive) is an effort to collect reading material for elementary students who may or may not have access to it.”

Students looking to donate these books should place them in a box located in the library. Herron said students will then have to fill out a form with the book titles and their names so that they can get service hours. For every four books donated, students will receive one service hour. The maximum number of service hours allowed is three.
